To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review the following accommodation policies. These guidelines are designed to maintain the quality of our property, respect all visitors, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to departure.

By completing your reservation and staying with us, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

  • Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
  • Check-out: 08:00 – 11:00
  • Identification: Guests are required to present a valid ID, Passport, or Tax ID (AFM) upon check-in.
  • Maximum Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
  • Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours: 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00.
  • Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
  • Pets: Not allowed.
  • Parties & Events: Strictly forbidden on the premises.
  • Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages caused to the property during their stay.
  • Right of Access: Management reserves the right to enter the apartment for maintenance, repairs, or emergencies. We will provide prior notice whenever possible.
  • Liability: Glyfada Nest is not responsible for loss of personal items or injuries. We are not liable for external service interruptions (e.g., electricity, water, or internet outages).
  • Policy Enforcement: Failure to comply with any of the above rules grants management the right to terminate the stay immediately without a refund.
